License & Usage Agreement

Welcome to Theme Meta. By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our themes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using our products.

1. Copyright & Ownership

All content on this website is exclusively owned and copyrighted by Theme Meta (thememeta.com). This includes, but is not limited to, all theme code, design assets, documentation, graphics, and text.

Purchasing a theme grants you a limited license to use the product; it does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you in any way.

2. Permitted Use

  • Single-Site License: Unless otherwise specified, a single purchase of a Theme Meta product grants you the right to use the theme on one (1) live website (domain).
  • Customization: You are free to modify the code, CSS, and design elements of the theme to suit your specific project needs.
  • Client Projects: You may use our themes for client projects, provided the client purchases their own valid license for the live site.

3. Strictly Prohibited Actions

Because all content on this site is our exclusive property, the following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of your license:
  • Redistribution: Reselling, sharing, gifting, or redistributing our themes (either in original or modified form) to third parties.
  • Copying: Duplicating our themes to create multiple installations without purchasing additional licenses.
  • Secondary Modification for Distribution: Modifying our themes and releasing, selling, or distributing them as your own products or as part of a competing theme bundle.
  • Public Sharing: Uploading our premium themes to public repositories, nulled script sites, or torrent platforms.

4. Third-Party Assets

Some of our themes may include third-party plugins, fonts, icons, or images. These assets are included for demonstration or functional purposes and are subject to their own respective licenses (e.g., GPL, MIT, SIL Open Font License). Please refer to the specific theme documentation for details on third-party asset licensing.

5. Support & Updates

  • Your license includes access to theme updates and dedicated customer support for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
  • Support covers bug fixes, installation assistance, and theme-related troubleshooting. Custom code modifications outside the scope of the theme are not covered.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our themes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to ensure our products are secure and compatible with the latest CMS versions, Theme Meta shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our themes, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, or security breaches.

7. License Termination

Failure to comply with any of the terms outlined in this agreement will result in the automatic termination of your license. In such cases, you must immediately cease all use of the theme and delete all copies from your servers.
